  1. Hi, I have been trying to make this for my niece. I've started over 5 times now, and can not figure out what it is in doing wrong. I've done the starting chain correctly, double checking and even have a friend check it, but I haven't ended up with 47 shells, no matter what I try. Then by the 6th or 7th row it indents! The ends on both sides go in. Like I said I've redone it 5 times and it just keeps happening. If anyone has any idea what I'm doing wrong please let me know. I've got to try a different pattern.

  4. Hi,

What recommendation do you have for making the blanket bigger than the chain 149? I would like to make it adult size. Thank you

    1. Use a larger hook but I can’t say I’d know how to change the pattern because that pattern was given to me.
