I made this Cute Bow Beanie Hat for my 9 year old daughter. So I used an I hook and medium worsted yarn. I created a video explaining how to crochet the hat and bow if you need more help. You can make this hat in all sizes just adjust the hat size with your hook size, which is listed down below. The measurements of the length of the hat are listed so you made need to omit a few dc rounds to acheive the desired length if you change the hat size.
Use
smaller hook for smaller size or larger hook for a larger hat.
Supplies:
Abbreviations:
ch=chain
sl
st=slip stitch
sc=single
crochet
dc=double

I'm switching to a WordPress blog instead of using this Blogger platform for various reasons, so this pattern has been relocated.

ReplyDeleternd 5. ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), dc in the 2 next two dc, 2dc in the next dc, *dc in the next 3 dc, 2dc in the next dc. Repeat from * around, join with sl st. -55 dc
So to make the adult woman's hat, all I need to do is change hook size? I don't need to add stitches?
